These include: GLS, DPD, Chronopost, UPS, for Europe; Easy Express for DomTom; DHL, Colissimo for North America, or Asia. You can choose the carrier you prefer when placing your order.

By choosing STORE PICKUP, you have the option to pick up your orders directly at our store in Aubervilliers. Upon receiving the email or message informing you that your order is complete and ready for pickup, you can collect it at the following address:

If you have your own carrier, you can specify it when placing your order. Please provide the name, contact information of the carrier, and any additional instructions in the comments before confirming your order.
At Tom&Eva, delivery is free in Metropolitan France until 31/12/2024. We ensure delivery in France with carriers such as Mondial Relay, Colissimo, GLS, and DPD. Every order shipped by Tom&Eva is insured against accidental damage and theft until written confirmation of receipt of the package.
Once your order is placed, it will be processed by our team from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. You will receive an email confirmation with details of your order. Our teams carefully prepare and dispatch your order via delivery carriers. You will also receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your package in real time.
For all deliveries to the DOM TOM, logistics for shipping to overseas departments and territories require careful consideration. We ship via Easy-express for their specialized long-distance delivery services. Delivery charges to the DOM TOM are calculated based on the weight of your order.

If you have worked with carriers such as Wecolis, Challenge, Africolis, Ami Transport, or E.P.S.P, you can benefit from our TAX FREE pricing. Please leave a message or comment indicating that you have your own carrier and trust us.
